Shipping

All shipments are living and someone must be home to accept the package when it arrives.
Shipping is only available in the continental U.S.

USPS Priority Mail Usually arrive within 3-4 business days. Frogs are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. Sponge filters may be shipped at any time.

USPS Priority Mail Express USPS guarantees delivery within 3 days. Frogs are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.

FedEx Priority Overnight Guarantees next day delivery. Frogs are shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to avoid FedEx busiest drop off days.

Local Pick Up FREE Only choose this option if you can pick up in Denton Tx. within 7 days. You will receive an email within 24 hours to arrange a pick up time. If a pick up time has not been arranged within 7 days the order will be cancelled and charged a 5% fee for CC and Pay Pal Fees.

Returns All of my current stock is alive and cannot be returned once it is out of my possession. Refunds and replacements are available for frogs per the conditions below.

Cancellations Cancellations made before shipment will incur a 5% fee to cover CC and PayPal fees that I still must pay. All cancellations must be made via email with the order number in the subject line. Once an item has shipped I cannot accept a cancellation.

Frogs Frog purchases are only available through email. Frogs require fasting for a couple of days before they can travel to reduce ammonia production while in transit. Someone must be there to accept delivery. African Dwarf Frogs cannot be shipped to Virginia per state laws.

Live Animals These animals are my pets. I want them to arrive to you safely and in good health. If an animal arrives dead I will work with you to remedy this situation to the best of my ability. Someone will have to be available to receive the animal(s) when delivered and a video of the deceased animal inside the unopened container within an hour of delivery is required. In this case you will have the option of a refund for the price of the animal (not including shipping) or shipment of another animal if one is available. A replacement will incur shipping charges.
